Our Chief Transformation Officer, Dr. King, earned her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from California Southern University in July 2019, Master of Science in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from Valdosta State University in August 2009, and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College in 2007. She has served others in the mental health field for over a decade. Dr. King specializes in emotional & behavioral issues, relationships, women's issues, parenting, military life, work performance & more. She holds the following licenses and certifications:

She is the author of Hip Hop Affirmations: Giving Life to Lyrics, which helps hip-hop lovers use hip-hop lyrics to embrace self-care and self-discovery so that they can show up for themselves like they show up for others.
